You will be paid the per book price, in accordance with this
packing slip. Your total income is listed on the very first line.
This is the sum of each book price we pay you multiplied by each book's
repective quantity - Sum(Book$ * BookQTY).
You won't be paid if:
1. A book is listed as requiring a disk or cd OR something to that effect and
you send the book without the item.
2. You send us your books greater than 7 days after printing the packing
slip.
3. You send a book in poor condition with bare corners, damaged pages,
excessive highlight or a book that has been rebound.
4. You don't include the packing slip which is automatically created and then
printed by you.
